The dystopia trait that Noam chomsky has is Totalitarian Government. He is a linguist, which is the study of languages, and language is what we all share even if it is foreign. Totalitarian Gov. is when everything is completely controlled by the Gov. He was trying to make people see that there is other ways then total control.I made a glog about him.
